Canape service
The Canape Service is all about canapes. Clients choosing this service can select appetisers from our menu that will be served to your guests. Canapes can be served via waiters service or buffet style
The greatest benefit of the canape service is that it allows your guests to continue mingling as they eat therefore this service style is perfect for corporate events where there is no designated seating.
Buffet service
Our buffet style service is our most popular service style choice and provides your guests with an offering of a wide variety of dishes laid out on a buffet table(s) that is set up in a designated location. Guests can approach the table(s) and choose the dishes they desire which our attentive waiting staff will serve to them.
Buffet style offers the benefit of a greater variety of meal options compared to other service offerings as guests can try a little bit of everything. It is also the most budget friendly option.
Family Style Dining
Our Family Style Service is increasingly popular with our clients. Large service bowls and platters with your selected meal options are brought to the tables by our waiting staff. Guests can choose their desired food from the bowls without any requirement to leave their tables.
Family Style Service offers the benefit of allowing your guests to converse with each other and have multiple servings of the meals within the bowls.
Trailer Service
Our Trailer service is ideal for outdoor events. We can prepare, cook and serve from our trailers. Your guests will be bursting with excitement at what they will eat whilst enjoying the event. We can serve anywhere from a small party of 30 to a large scale event of 400 from our trailers, this is a great option for that wow factor at an event.
